QPilot FAQs

QPilot is an AI-driven analyst that helps you interpret your business data on QFlow and offers ideas to improve performance — faster and with less work. It uses pre-built prompts and anonymized summaries of your Processed QFlow data to build its interpretations and suggestions. QPilot is currently powered by Chat-GPT-4 and Chat-GPT-3.5-Turbo, generative pretrained language models developed by OpenAI. It is available as a beta feature to QFlow users on trial or the Business Plan.

No. But we've worked very hard to prevent hallucinations. QPilot serves as a valuable tool for summarizing data into a concise, readable format. It also is good at helping you brainstorm. That said, QPilot is experimental and you should review its responses for accuracy prior to copying and pasting : ]
No. QPilot works within the confines of the QFlow.ai platform. You can send meeting and email events to QFlow for QPilot to use in predictions, but the platform's current focus is on high-fidelity analytics — not data capture or sending emails.

When you ask QPilot to provide a commentary for a chart, it may provide industry benchmarks in its response (for example, around average sales cycles and win rates). Given that most large GPT models have training datasets that are not 100% current, we do our best to provide the latest benchmarks before generating a response.

We cannot guarantee that QPilot will always return the most recent benchmarks. At our company, we rely on our own benchmarks to assess performance and drive decision-making, so this is an area the QFlow team is focused on improving for QPilot.

With the same care and multiple levels of protection that you can expect across the QFlow.ai platform. We understand the potentially sensitive nature of data transmitted to our service.

  • All transmitted data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Measures are taken to delete unprocessed data sent to QFlow as soon as it has been processed.
  • Access is strictly controlled. The data can only be accessed by named QFlow personnel with explicit customer permission or the OpenAI team, who retains data for 30 days to ensure compliance with local and federal laws.
  • Role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and background checks are among the requirements for our staff who might access your QPilot data.

Soon, yes. We're working on it. For now, QPilot speaks the languages of biz ops, business operations, and English.

No. Each QPilot session is 100% unique to you and your company. Neither the prompts nor any responses will be shared with anyone besides QFlow, you, and the OpenAI service.

No, not currently. All interactions are governed via prompts that have been engineered by the QFlow team. This approach increases the level of consistency QPilot is able to deliver.

QFlow has built an integration with OpenAI that powers very specific features, which can be disabled or enabled across your QFlow account:

  • Business Digest voiceover: this feature takes a subset of the cleansed and filtered pipeline information available to you by default via our Business Digest feature, then uses the OpenAI API to deliver a long-form draft email for users who click the "Generate Voiceover" button.

NOTE: This could include information identifiable to you or your customers. (See OpenAI privacy FAQ below)
    Sent to OpenAI By DefaultNever
    Sent to OpenAI Upon RequestYes
Users Who Can Make OpenAI-related requestUsers in the QFlow role of Administrator, Sales Ops, unless Third-Party AI Integrations are disabled (see below)

QFlow administrators can always disable GPT integrations entirely by turning off Third-Party AI Integrations.

  • Business metric interpretations: this feature uses machines to provide cursory interpretations of trended business statistics. It can also be used by certain users to "brainstorm" tactics to improve the statistic in question. Each business metric that is accompanied by the "Activate QPilot" button could trigger summary chart data to be sent to the OpenAI API.

NOTE: This typically does not include information identifiable to you or your customers.

No. Our AI engines for predicting prospect conversion and opportunity conversion are entirely developed in-house. Your data will never leave our servers (hosted on AWS).

In short, no.

At QFlow, we take data privacy seriously. We take steps to obfuscate and anonymize any data sent to OpenAI so that it cannot be traced back to your company. Although OpenAI does store the responses and data points sent to their servers, they uphold strict privacy and security protocols to protect our confidential information.

In accordance with their commitment to safe and responsible AI, OpenAI reviews the conversations to enhance their systems and ensure compliance with their policies and safety requirements. As a result, the QFlow team's conversations with OpenAI may be subject to internal review by OpenAI's team. By collaborating with OpenAI, we can provide cutting-edge solutions while keeping our data secure and confidential.
