QFlow.ai Integration Setup: Gong

Requirements

In order to integrate QFlow.ai with this Gong app, you will need:

• An active QFlow.ai account (either paid or trial)
• An active Gong account
• Test or live data across your Gong account

If you do not have a QFlow.ai account, you can create one for free here).

QFlow.ai is available on the app marketplace and can be installed from within your QFlow.ai account.

1. Log in to QFlow.ai here
2. Go to your QFlow integrations page
3. Click the Connect Gong button
4. This will open the Gong Login page. Be sure that you are authenticated as a user in the Gong Business Admin role.
5. Click the Allow button to finish the installation

Once the initial analysis is complete, Gong data will be available for configuration on QFlow.ai. The entire process should take about 20 minutes of your effort. If you are not redirected automatically, you can access the activity configuration pages here.

Once you have completed configuration, QFlow.ai will re-populate within 1 hour.
